1070 O aluminum bus bar is characterized by high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. 1070 O aluminum bus bar is industrial pure aluminum with an aluminum content of 99.7% and a conductivity of over 62%. It can be bent to 90 degrees without cracking. 1070 O aluminum bus bar has the general characteristics of aluminum, low density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good plastic processing performance, gas welding, argon arc welding and spot welding. Industrial pure aluminum cannot be heat-treated and can be strengthened by cold deformation. The only heat treatment is annealing.


6063 T6 aluminum bus bar

The main alloying elements of 6063 T6 aluminum bus bar are magnesium and silicon. It has excellent processing properties, excellent weldability, extrudability and electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance, toughness, easy polishing, upper coating and excellent anodizing effect.
